Stockman's Wallet legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 June 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Stockman's Wallet mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Stockman's Wallet Pty Ltd (ABN 73 686 149 128), a company registered in Queensland, Australia ("Stockman's Wallet", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" in these Terms refers to that organisation.
2. About the Service
Stockman's Wallet is a livestock portfolio management application for Australian producers. It helps you record and organise herd, property, and sales information, and it provides valuation estimates based on available livestock market data, including data from Meat & Livestock Australia ("MLA") and other third-party or industry data sources we may add over time, together with the information you enter.
The Service may include, depending on your plan and from time to time:
- Livestock portfolio tracking and indicative valuations.
- Property and Property Identification Code (PIC) records.
- Saleyard and private sale record keeping.
- Yardbook scheduling, health records, and muster events.
- Freight cost estimates between locations.
- Brangus, an artificial intelligence assistant that answers questions about your portfolio and general livestock topics.
- Market insights, reports, and notifications.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Some features are only available on paid plans, as described in section 5.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
The Service is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
To use most features you must create an account using Sign in with Apple or email registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register, and to keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and device secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@stockmanswallet.com.au if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Your Responsibilities and Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter into the Service, including herd details, head counts, weights, breed information, purchase prices, property information, PIC numbers, and sales records.
Valuations, reports, freight estimates, and AI responses are only as reliable as the information you provide and the third-party market data available at the time. We are not responsible for outcomes that result from inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information you enter, or from your reliance on outputs of the Service.
5. Subscriptions, Plans, and Billing
Stockman's Wallet offers a free plan ("Jackaroo") and paid subscription plans (currently Ringer, Stockman, and Head Stockman). Each plan unlocks different features and usage allowances, as described on our pricing page and within the app. Plan inclusions, limits, and prices may change over time.
Prices and GST. Subscriptions are billed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are currently offered to customers in Australia. Prices advertised on our marketing website are shown exclusive of GST and labelled accordingly; the amount actually charged at checkout includes GST at the applicable rate. Where we are the merchant of record (web purchases), we issue a tax invoice for each payment.
How you are billed. Payment is collected by the platform you purchase through:
- Apple App Store (iOS):purchases are processed by Apple as an in-app purchase and are also governed by Apple's terms. Your subscription is charged to your Apple Account and managed in your Apple Account settings.
- Web:purchases are processed by our payment providers, Stripe and RevenueCat, with Stockman's Wallet Pty Ltd as the merchant of record. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Free trials. Paid plans may be offered with a free trial (currently 30 days). Trial eligibility may be limited (for example, to customers who have not previously trialled or subscribed). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the then-current price.
Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods at the then-current price until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us (or Apple, for App Store purchases) to charge the applicable payment method for each renewal. We may change subscription prices; where required, we will give you advance notice and the change will take effect at your next renewal.
6. Intelligence Packs and AI Usage Allowances
Use of AI features (including Brangus, document and image analysis, and natural-language tools) is subject to usage allowances tied to your plan and billing cycle. We measure usage and may pause AI features for the remainder of a cycle once your allowance is reached.
You may purchase optional one-off "Intelligence Pack" top-ups (consumable purchases) to add usage within a cycle. Intelligence Packs are consumable, are not transferable, and unused amounts do not necessarily carry over between cycles. Allowances and pack sizes may change over time.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. For App Store purchases, cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings. For web purchases, cancel through the subscription management portal available in your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period and then reverts to the free Jackaroo plan; it does not renew again.
Refunds.Except as required by law (see section 12), payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused allowances, or unused Intelligence Packs. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of Stockman's Wallet or any third party.
- Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or that contains malicious code.

- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or market data within it without our written permission.
- Use the AI features to generate content that is unlawful, abusive, or in breach of the acceptable-use policies of our AI providers.
9. Your Content and Data
You retain all rights in the data and content you enter into the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as needed to provide and improve the Service, including syncing across your devices and generating valuations, reports, and AI responses.
You may choose to share access to your livestock records, valuations, reports, or related information with advisors, lenders, accountants, or other third parties. We will only provide that access where you authorise it through the Service or otherwise instruct us to do so. If you access another user's data through the Service, you must do so only with that user's permission and only for the purpose for which access was granted.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to improve the Service, develop valuation models, analyse market trends, and produce industry insights, provided it does not identify you, your business, your property, or your livestock position.
You are responsible for maintaining your own records. While we take reasonable steps to safeguard and back up data (see our Privacy Policy), you should not rely on the Service as your only record of important livestock or financial information.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, the Stockman's Wallet name, logo, the tally device, and the Brangus assistant, is owned by or licensed to Stockman's Wallet Pty Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own livestock management purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not use our branding, logos, or assets without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
11. Disclaimers
- Valuations are estimates based on available livestock market data and the information you enter. They are indicative only and actual sale prices may differ, sometimes significantly.
- Valuations may not reflect freight, shrink, commission, levies, buyer competition, animal condition, curfew, market liquidity, local demand, processor grids, private treaty outcomes, or other sale-specific factors unless expressly included in a particular feature or report.
- The Service does not provide financial, investment, accounting, taxation, legal, veterinary, or other professional advice. You should obtain advice from a qualified professional before making decisions.
- AI responses from Brangus and other AI features are generated automatically, are informational only, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always verify important information independently.
- Market data may be sourced from Meat & Livestock Australia and other third-party, industry, or market data providers, and is subject to their availability, timing, and accuracy. Weather information is provided by third parties and may not be accurate or current.
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
Subject to section 12, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, livestock value, business, or data, arising out of or in connection with the Service.
- Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service is limited, at our option, to resupplying the Service or to the total amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability.
- Where liability for a failure to comply with an Australian Consumer Law guarantee can be limited, our liability is limited as set out in that law.
14. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stockman's Wallet Pty Ltd and its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of any law or third-party right.
15. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 9 to 14 and 16 to 18) will continue to apply. Our handling of your data after account deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Apple, Supabase, Anthropic, Stripe, RevenueCat, Meat & Livestock Australia, and others described in our Privacy Policy). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, data sources, or websites that we do not control.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and Stockman's Wallet Pty Ltd submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.
19. General
- If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a sale or reorganisation of our business.
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
